Lauren Frasca is Magnolia Network’s SVP of Content and Strategy. She joins the Discovery joint-venture following a stint with Facebook’s Creative Shop Studio team, where she worked with networks, studios and other IP owners such as Conde Nast, Disney, Group 9, and Refinery29 to create and monetize innovative content across Facebook, Inc. platforms. Previously, she held roles at both MSNBC and The Weather Channel’s long form teams, where she oversaw original programming from concept to production and scheduling. A veteran of the media industry, Lauren has held positions with Bravo, Wall to Wall Media, Atlas Media and NBCUniversal, and has developed pilots, series and specials for Facebook Watch, National Geographic Channel, GSN, The History Channel, and Food Network, to name a few. Lauren has a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
